So as the 2019 season kicks off I find myself reminiscing about the number of years I have photographing weddings and all the couple I have worked with. I was recently going back through old blog posts to look at the weddings I have captured and images I have caught. Going through these post I came across this article from Love My Dress, discussing my Continue reading
Eleanor and James were married earlier this year in Lew, a small village located about 2.5 miles southwest of Witney in the Cotwolds, close to where they both grew up. You might recognise the church as it’s the church used to film the Downton Abbey Continue reading
Stephen and Myriam met by chance on a cruise and although they lived in different countries they remained in contact and I was lucky enough to capture there wedding at Dorset Golf Resort. Lebanese celebrations are amazing and the dancing is incredible, it all made for some great shots. Here are a few of my favourites for the blog. Continue reading
I photographed Susies brother wedding a couple of years ago and was really hugely honoured when Susie asked if was able to capture her wedding to Pete. The celebrations were held at Hedsor House on a pciture postcard summers day. Here are a few of my favourites for you to enjoy. Continue reading
Hello and welcome
Today on the blog I am sharing a few pictures from Clare and Grants wedding earlier in the year. They were married at the beautiful Northbrook park. Its a stunning venue in the Surrey countryside and come complete within resident Peacocks. The couple created a relaxing day surrounded by friends and family and as always it was a pleasure to be a part of it all. Continue reading
Todays blog update features a wedding from the end of last year. Jenny and Phil were married at Lillibrooke, a wedding venue I am fortunate enough to visit regularly.
I haven’t updated the blog for a while but with the new wedding season nearly here I thought it was time to look back at some of the weddings form the end of last year and post some of my favourite images.
Katie and Del met at Oxford Trinity College and so it was only appropriate to return there to exchange their marriage vows. They were married in the beautiful college chapel on a beautiful September afternoon. . Continue reading
Roberto and Nicola were married a few weeks in Maidenhead. Roberto has 2 loves in his life, Nicola and his beloved Fiat 500 which he has restored himself over many years. After the ceremony the 500 carried from the church to their own personal island in the Thames for the reception which was truly special.
In August 2014, Rebecca and Tom were married at Highfield Park, on the Hampshire border. The charming Queen Anne Mansion, set in 35 acres of stunning parkland was the venue where the beautiful couple Rebecca and Tom tied the knot in front of their friends and family.
Although it threatened to rain in the morning, from the moment that they said I do, the sun came out and everybody was outside on the lawn, drinking prosecco, congratulating the happy couple and even playing football!
The day ran very smoothly and was incredibly romantic. The great attention to detail and stunning sunflower bouquet felt fresh and up lifting. The bright room provided a beautiful natural light for the photographs, during the wedding breakfast and the speeches.
After the food had been eaten, the speeches had been made, the candy bar had been enjoyed and the cake had been cut; the evening celebration began with their first dance.
Beautiful couple, beautiful venue, what else is there to say…
Here are a few of my favourite photographs as always.
